All orders are custom, being printed and fulfilled upon receipt.

If you need to return/exchange an order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return/exchange.

All prints must be returned in the original shipping packaging and at the customer's expense.

All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receipt, so please be prompt. Requests made after 3 days of receipt will not be granted.

Refunds/exchanges will be granted/initiated AFTER we receive the original order.

If your order arrived damaged, contact me for assistance within 3 days of receipt. Requests made after 3 days of receipt will not be granted. Please keep the original packaging as we will need to document the damage with the carrier.
